Martin Jaguar Takedown- The Best Bow for Beginners
You’re probably thinking it is so pompous of me to make the claim especially when there are so many bows to choose from nowadays. But if you are into archery or hunting, you will agree that Martin Archery is a brand name to reckon with.
The company has been making bows since 1951 and despite the competition, they still remain on top. Two years ago, they almost folded but people still believe in the brand so until now they are the best in what they do.
There is a lot of clamor for archery nowadays especially with the popularity of movie characters using a bow and an arrow to conquer their enemies. I’m not surprised then that a lot want to be in on this craze. So, the question you want to ask is, what is the best bow for beginners?
Martin Jaguar Takedown- A Great Start
I have to admit that the first thing that drew me to the Martin Jaguar Takedown was its beautiful design. It looks modern and traditional at the same time. It has a laminated wood and glass limbs which offer a smooth draw.
It is practical and ergonomic so it is easy to hold. As a beginner, you do not want a bow that will make you feel uncomfortable.
Since this is a takedown bow, it is easy to disassemble. You can easily remove the limbs from the riser so you can bring it with you anywhere. What I also like about it is it has a wide range of draw weights. Not bad for an entry-level takedown bow.
It is also reasonably priced. For less than $200 in Amazon, you can already own this thing of beauty. If you are more advanced, this is still a good choice. There are of course, recurve bows for the advanced and professional archers, but if cost is a consideration, try the Martin Jaguar Takedown. You will not be disappointed.
